Drawing from a life saturated by media and the internet, Shori Sims stages scenes that blur the boundaries of physical and digital space. Their work interrogates shifting identities, internet-culture, loneliness and domestic spaces turned unfamiliar. Their solo exhibition Over 9,000 explored the performance of identity, alienation and the cyborg as a symbol of the in-between.
